Anna’s winning passion, energy, and drive have led global businesses to sustainable growth through innovation, entrepreneurship, and collaboration. A multiple entrepreneur, innovation trainer, and startup coach who spent the last 18 years transforming global commercial education and creative media businesses across Europe and Southeast Asia. Anna has been based out of Singapore since 2004.

In demand as a public speaker, Anna leads a variety of workshops and talks for both educational institutions and multinational corporations. As a mentor, Anna is highly sought after for her unique and rich perspective on entrepreneurship, innovation, and embracing change.

Currently, Anna leads startup growth & ecosystem partnerships with Amazon Web Services for startups. She helps early-stage technology startups launch, scale, and go to market while also supporting Accelerators, Incubators, Angel/Seed, Venture Capital Investment firms and leading startup organizations to provide needed support and assistance across the startup and innovation ecosystem.

Previously, Anna was focused on Startup2Life, a platform that delivers training and coaching programs to aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners. She also owns ACM Works, an enterprise where she collaborates

through innovation workshops with multinational corporations and teaches entrepreneurship at the National University of Singapore.

In 2012, Anna also founded The Creative Experience, where in less than two years, she brought in and trained multi-national clients for high figure projects including Singapore Airlines, Hewlett Packard, KPMG, Manulife and many others to implement creativity and innovation through training in the workplace.

Anna also helped JFDI.Asia, Southeast Asia’s first startup accelerator, facilitate and pivot towards collaborative innovation projects between large corporations and early-stage technology startups as Director and Investor.

Prior to that, in 2010, Anna set up a boutique education consultancy, Kalani Marketing & Management, which led her to work with the so-called digital “Harvard” Hyper Island, the Singapore Economic Development Board and Teesside University. Even earlier, Anna started out her career by setting up an entire Digital Film department for the SAE Institute in Belgium which later led her to oversee campuses across Southeast Asia (and Europe) as General Manager and Regional Director for almost 6 years.

Anna’s innovative and sustainable training resources and mentorship programs focus and uphold every entrepreneurs or businesses’ core and purpose. Her bespoke workshops are tailor-made around collaboration and meaningful relationships, establishing powerful fundamentals that equip and enable companies to embrace change, encourage personal innovation, and incite creative solutions.

Anna continues to share her drive and passion with different organizations across industries. She speaks around the globe and has campaigned for innovation and creative thinking to different local and international leaders, institutions, and conferences.
